Superb, great location in quiet area.
Positive: Great location, quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance to bus, ferry and Valletta. Owner was very helpful and let us drop bags early. Easy to get to and from airport on the bus - get off at Floriana stop or it is a short walk from the main bus station.
Negative: Nothing, had everything we needed. People do need to be aware it is up a flight of stairs and has a step to get up to the bathrooms.
