Positive: The impressions were positive. Good location, spacious apartment and very nice view from the window Negative: The elevator in the building is very slow, we often used the stairs, although they are also not comfortable

Frumos si recomand Positive: Locația are vedere la mare, cu un viu deosebit. Recomand pentru poziționarea excelenta : aproape de stația de autobuz, faleză, atracții, plaja. Nu sunt probleme cu gălăgia. A.C uri in toate camerele ( unul din criteriile importante de care e bine de ținut cont ) si funcționale! Paturi mari , duble si confortabile. Multe din hoteluri nu oferă aceasta facilitate. Se poate sta liniștit 2 familii in cele 2 dormitoare iar canapeaua e extensibilă ( 1-2 persoane pot dormi). Bucătăria utilata ok. Apa NU este potabilă! Necesita apă la pet. Sunt 2 bai mari cu dus. Negative: Liftul e foarte încet si fara AC dar se poate urca pe scări.

Très agréable alliant charme ville et mer Positive: Sejour du 31/07 au 07/08 avec mon fils adulte très très bien. Appartement très fonctionnel avec une belle vue sur Spinola Bay, proche des commerces, Bars, Restaurants,... et plusieurs zones de baignade agréables. Bus a proximité pour se déplacer à la Valette et promenade de front de mer agréable jusqu'à Sliema. Communication facilitée avec Martina via Whatsapp, par exemple à l'arrivée notre avion étant arrivé en avance (rare) nous avons pu déposer nos bagages vers 12h45 auprès de l'équipe de ménage pour nous installer après un restaurant et fin ménage vers 15h. Negative: Très positif, juste 2 points d'attention : - Prévoir matériel de cuisine en plus : saladier (0), couteaux qui coupent (1) pour les rares fois ou on a mangé sur place mais c'est du détail - Un point indépendant du logement : un peu bruyant le soir passé 23h dans l immeuble (fête mais c'est l'été) et le matin bruit de travaux perceuses et autres travaux dès 8h30 au dessus et à côté. Juste pour cela que je ne peux pas mettre 10 en rating.

Breathtaking view and super nice apartment Positive: 10/10! Location was perfect. Apartment was super clean and beautiful. It was close to restaurants with delicious food and right in front of the beach. The host was super helpful and friendly. We also had a breathtaking view overlooking the beach. We are definitely booking again whenever we are in Malta. Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect
