Impressive View 2BR Flat in St Julian's Bay by ArcoBnb

Positive: Fantastic apartment, very clean, spacious and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. It’s on a busy road so there is a lot of street noise can be heard from the balcony (I didn’t mind this, quite enjoyed the hustle & bustle) but might not appeal to all. The street noise can’t be heard in the bedrooms though. For us the central location near the sea/ promenade and some great restaurants was absolutely worth it. There are also a couple of supermarkets in very short walking distance so it’s ideally located. Negative: The apartment is on the 6th floor, there’s a (very slow!) lift but if you taking the stairs be aware that the lights are on motion sensors and don’t always come on in a timely fashion. Some of the flats lower down leave shoes on the stairs so if you’re taking the stairs down it’s wise to use phone flashlight to avoid trips! This isn’t a big deal though and central areas are well maintained.

Excellent Positive: Très propre. Bon emplacement. A 6 minutes à pied de paceville. En plein centre ville. Bien desservi en transport commun. Pour les activités, vous avez tout ou presque à côté.

Positive: Probably the best price,best location and best appartment you can find in St. Julians. We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything was very clean and ofcourse very comfortable beds. Negative: The elevator was slow but its not the owners fault. Can't think of anything else.
